For the last 11 years I have had a trusty friend named "The Klostervagon." She is a rare 1996 Honda Accord Wagon that I recently broke 200,000 miles on last month. Over the past year I had invested more than $1300 trying to keep her alive and safe. Although I had hoped to put another 50-100K on her, I saw the writing on the wall and decided it was time to invest in something new. So this past week I sold the 'vagon and picked up a 2011 Honda Insight Hybrid I call the "Silver Bullet". I miss my old trusty friend, but the Silver Bullet is averaging about 50 miles per gallon and fun to drive too.
