Our good friends Erin and Roberto visited last weekend with their darling 6-month-old son, Luca, and their sweet dog, Phoebe (I forgive you for peeing on the couch!). As expected, Thomas was jealous at first, pawing at our legs and burying his head in our crotches when we were holding Luca, but eventually, he settled into having another little duder around. In fact, he became quite mature about the whole thing, giving Luca kisses and bringing him toys like the cool multi-colored sock monkey. As a reward, "Tio Roberto" read him his favorite Eric Carle books in Spanish!
